Privacy policy

Plumber Lake Havasu is operated by DM Hive (Potentree Pty Ltd, an Australian company). This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Calls to the number on this site, including the caller's phone number, the time of the call and, where you are told at the start of the call, a recording of it.
• Details you enter in the request form: your name, phone number, city or ZIP code and message. The form is processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, which emails the details to us.
• Basic website usage data such as pages visited.

How we use it

We pass your call and request details to one independent local business in Lake Havasu City so it can respond to you. We keep call records to check the service is working and to resolve disputes. We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists or send you marketing.

Access and questions

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form.
